Court Deferral Program

What you’ll need to register for a class:

  • Your name exactly as it appears on your citation.
  • Your criminal case number for example 19cr123146. Do not enter your citation number.
  • Your return-to-court date.
  • Your email address (email of the person taking the class)
  • Be prepared to pay the $258 fee (which includes program administrative fees and classes). Pay via PayPal–note you do not need to have a PayPal account. ($8 processing fee – partial payments not excepted)
  • Click “Pay” only one time. (do not click twice)

There are three ways to search:

  1. By your name (exactly as it appears on your citation)
  2. Your criminal case number
  3. Your citation number.

15-Hour First Offender Classes

This is a substance use education class for first-time adult offenders referred by the District Attorney’s Office. Choose from weeknight or weekend classes. Class dates are listed on the bottom of the enrollment form.

Weeknight Classes:

Three consecutive
Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Weekend Classes:

Two consecutive
Saturdays and Sundays
Time: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

How to Register for First Offender Class:

Step 1

Pay the $258 fee.

Step 2

Fill out the confidential enrollment form.

Step 3

We will email you a confirmation upon receipt of payment.
