Ted Pauling is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with a MS Degree in Leadership and Organizational Change. He has more than 20 years of documented achievements in progressive human resources management in both the corporate and manufacturing environments.
As a HR Manager/Business Partner for The North Carolina Medical Board and previous employers ABB, Inc and Coty, LLC Pauling has led and served on several interdisciplinary teams that earned unprecedented corporate recognition in employee relations, talent acquisition, HR development, coaching, mentoring, and change management. He has served as a site champion for various organizations where he has directed cultural change and implementation processes for business initiatives. Throughout his career he has served as a hands-on strategic business partner and management consultant on a broad spectrum of human resources disciplines including organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and policy development. As an HR leader, he has been fully responsible for collaborating with management and facility leadership teams in promoting a culture of customer service, quality, and operational excellence.
