He provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive. Tod says of himself, “I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling”.
