Psychiatric Medication Management

Innovative care for those with mental health and substance use challenges

SouthLight Healthcare provides psychiatric services for adult and adolescent clients who need psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Our treatment programs are designed to stabilize and restore both physical and mental health.

Medication Management is the use of psychotropic medications based off of an initial evaluation that is performed by a qualified medical provider. Our clients follow up on a routine basis to monitor and adjust these prescriptions as related to their daily lives.  Our providers carefully review your history and past/current medications while listening to your treatment goals to help improve your overall physical and mental health.

Our providers are experienced in providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for mental health disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

One of the things that makes SouthLight unique is that we also have expertise in treating people with dual diagnoses (mental health and substance use disorders). Psychiatric Medication Management services are offered in conjunction with other outpatient services or as stand-alone medication management only service.
