If you are seeking services and are without insurance, have Medicaid, have Medicare with Secondary Medicaid or are interested in learning more about our programs please call our Intake Coordinator at 919-787-6131 x 1135 or fill out our New Patient Referral Form.
Intakes typically take 20-30 minutes.
Our appointment availability varies by location and service you are seeking. Depending on insurance and availability, our new patient assessments have a 2-3 week wait time. We will do our best to schedule you for our first available appointment and are more than happy to place you on a cancellation list.

Payment is taken in the form of cash, check, or credit card and depends on the service the client is receiving. Typically payments are taken by front desk staff at the time services are rendered.

Yes. For individuals who do not have an insurance plan (i.e. a plan listed above or Medicaid), you may qualify to pay a percentage of the cost based on a sliding fee scale. During your initial intake, we will ask a series of questions to determine if you qualify.
